Yea i am down to an 8th per week

,I had to man! it was costing me a shedload of money + my health was starting to suffer as well,I was getting pains in my chest + a smokers cough & i havent smoked for about 15+ years now,I was starting to cough up lumps of just about every colour near enough

,A 20 quid purchase is more than enough to keep the wolf from my door like! & i am glad ive brought it under control & back to manageable levels again.

For me it's 1 day of smoking, 1 day off or 1 week of smoking 1 week off or 1 month of smoking, 1 month off, can you see a pattern here? This all works fine for me nowadays, just as long I have time off it and not let the stuff control me but me controlling it, otherwise I'd be at it all the time.
