I was going to suggest a root/bloom stimulator but SD beat me to it. I had never heard of mycorrhizae so I looked it up. Sounds like one hell of a root stimulator.
I use an all-in-one kit named B'Cuzz from Atami.

This is the recommended feeding schedule which I more or less follow.

This is the result of using B'Cuzz Nutrient Kit, XL Grow Box, and 400w MH/HPS lighting.
The first pic is after 29 days of flowering. Notice that I had to bend the main stalk. No harm done to the plant. This is one of the potential problems when growing Sativas indoors. Creepy crawly little fuckers.

The second pic is on harvest day, 103 days from seed. This was the main cola, over 2ft in length and around 90 grams cured. Total cured weight from this plant - just over 190gms.

I personally try to keep it simpla and just use Fox Farms Tiger Bloom.
I have found that after years of growing, most of the stuff sold in Hydro stores etc are BS. Its kinda like the bodybuilding vitamin industry, lots of promises very little actual results. IMO K.I.S.S.

I used a bending technique because the plant was going to be too tall for the grow box. The procedure: identify where to bend the plant; place the thumb and index finger on the stalk and begin gently pinching without the fingernails cutting into the stalk. Continue pinching until the stalk starts to bend. Stop at this point, go to the other location and repeat. Once completed, insert the stakes and secure the plant. It can become a pain in the ass having to make adjustments every three to four days, all part of happy farming.
