Polite told me I could posess 28 grams.....

Well, one of my inlaws is a polite man out there so im sure hes lieing to me then!!! coz u MUST be right, nothing to do with the FACT u were a TOURIST and they couldnt b bothered with u!!!

Good read that , I have always thought it was 5g per sale per shop & 30g maximum on your person didn't have a clue about the reduction , better make sure I get to the PO all the more quicker

I'm almost certain its 5g on you.
The way I understand the laws in Holland, cannabis possession is decriminalized with no fine if the amount is 5 grams or less, but faces a fine if the amount is higher.
This is why coffeehops are limited to 5 grams per person per day, afaik

Ok just had a wee look at that document and no doubt i will get shouted down/flamed for this but just because possesion of 5-30G would be a fine , these are only official guidlines and actions that "could" be sought not defo actions that would happen . Just my analysis of the paper

If it were a big deal...and what you said were true
they would put some type of stamp on you, and make you show weather you had mark or not
