again, i'm not arguing with you...i'm just stating where some people's misconceptions (including mine!) may have been formed from

Amsterdam's casual acceptance of pot-smoking and pot-smokers makes some dissidents crazy enough to make you wonder what they are smoking. In recent years, the Netherlands has bowed to pressure from surrounding countries regarding its drug policy and has tightened the rules for "coffeeshops" -- establishments in which hashish and marijuana are sold. You used to be allowed to buy and retain 30 grams (1 oz.) of soft drugs for personal use; now, you can buy only 5 grams (1/5 oz.) at a time, though you're still allowed to possess 30 grams. Coffeeshops aren't allowed to sell hard drugs, to advertise, or to sell to minors. If they create a public nuisance, the local burgemeester (mayor) can shut them down. Yet despite these new, stricter rules, Amsterdam remains a mecca for marijuana smokers and seems likely to remain that way.

i personally wanna lookout for EVERYONE on ere! and in the current world state we live in we can NO longer be dealing with the polite as there is no justice to be found ANYWHERE anymore. i dont wanna go into it, just to say that if u UNDERSTAND the LAW (as in whatever country you live or visit) as you are assumed to then you can minimise the time spent with these revenue collection devices!

Yeah as i said already aswell although IT IS punishable it does not mean it is ! im sure it would be down to personal circumstances ! im not advocating walking around with pockets stuffed full to the brim with 30 g but i really do not think its a Politie priority to prosecute people with 30g on them ? so yeah you are totally correct but like alot of things its subjective

5g per shop may be a "law", but plenty of places will sell you more than that at once.
