The orange bud was their cheapest weed at the time (around 7Euro/g) so I wasnt expecting to be blown away.

I didnt know they'd picked up some awards for their 'nesia. Might have to pop back and try it.

I've always picked up from D&L (literally 20 meters away) as their menu is awesome (the So Gouda from D&L is some of the best I've smoked...like a fruity cheese, yum).

Well everyone is allowed the odd bad batch.

Nor did I till I read the posts on here about Ocean & the post about the Highlife Cup 2010 results.

Really great to hear D&L is back open, and that the menu is great, was closed in February but will definitely now be paying a visit.

Hope you can make the T&T Freeda.

Bumping this thread, any more takers/tokers for Monday 20th at Ocean?

Props to titus wong for the recent review of Ocean in his travelogue, menu as expected and S5 Haze 2.5g for 20E people.

if you post a positive report on this shop, i too would like to have a T&T in Nov. really like this area of town

I'll be in town from sept 18th-22nd with my boyfriend, never been to a t&t before though, this is my fourth trip... maybe we'll pop by then, have no idea where ocean is though!?

Hi Hallix, hope you and your boyfriend can join us. Amsterdam is a pretty easy city to get around, although not always so easy when stoned out of your nut!

Googlemaps link to Ocean below, it's in De Pijp, a much nicer area than Centrum just south of it, and not difficult to get to as a few trams stop there. Looking forward to this T&T to meet a few faces of course, but to check this shop out too.

The sofas and laid back ambience of the place are gaining legendary status on this forum, they have a menu of about 11 top strains of weed, max 10E/g, have won 2 Highlife Cups, this year for their Amnesia, not forgetting the S5 Haze at 20E for 2.5g. If that shit's sold out when I get there I will be gutted, or knowing my luck they'll be on holiday that week!

Hi Spliphy, excuse the late reply. I will report back most definitely, no worries. De Pijp is my favourite part of the city, it has the best market, is the most cosmoplitan, has diverse, amazing places to eat & so many great coffeeshops too.

Sweet gapie, thanks man, I arrive on Sunday morning and was going to check out Ocean and tell the budtender then. I will introduce myself to the shop on Sunday anyway, I just hope there is some S5 Haze left! Hope to see you at the T&T.
