I've seen some good programs about the Mars landers lately and "Wonders of the solarsystem" was a good show with Brian cox presenting it. Fascinating and scary as a mofo at the same time. 8)

Son. "Daddy, when I grow up I wanna be an ASTRONAUT!. I wanna sit in a big rocket and get blasted off into space!".
Father. "Aye...and ya would've been son, had I not been so drunk that night with yer ma!."

That Hubble has certainly taken stellar imaging to another level. (No pun intended).

A billowing tower of gas and dust rises from the stellar nursery known as the Eagle Nebula. This small piece of the Eagle Nebula is 57 trillion miles long (91.7 trillion km).

Makes you feel small down here on our intergalactic grain of sand :?
What a long strange trip it is.
