Unknown Coffeeshop

Was having a chat with my sister-in-law who has just moved from Utrechet to Tilburg. She is a university Prof, holds 2 masters degrees and a PhD.... and is one serious pot head!!!! 
So, as you can guess, she has very quickly gone through evey CS in town and has pronounced 'Toermalijn' her CS of choice.
However, she was going on about a CS that I've never heard of or know anything about called 'Rif', located just down the road from Toermalijn at Besterdring 157. I'm visiting her in November and will report back. But in the meantine have any of you learned forum members heard of or visited this establishment?
