Time to choose a new location to live in the U.S., one with a steady supply of quality plant and a strong pothead identity. I'm shy, so making connections has never been easy for me. Better I think to move somewhere that I can immerse myself in cannabis culture.
I'm thinking Berkeley or elsewhere in California, or perhaps Colorado, or any of an endless number of mello-minded college towns. But I've an open mind. Any helpful suggestions?
Where am I moving next?

Well if that the case, Colorado would be my suggestion. If you are into smaller towns, check out Crested Butte. Not far from Denver and their is an airport. In the Winter should not be missed, think of Vail or Aspen before it got popular.BayouBaxter wrote:This is as on-topic as I ever get.

I'd live in Somerville solely on the strength of the finest soul food joint in the world...Red Bones.

Thank you for these replies. I'll check out some of these locations. I actually lived in Cambridge for three years, but was dry as a bone the entire time; I just didn't seek it out, to my now-chagrin.
Currently I'm in Newark, NJ. The plant here is astronomically overpriced. As I have no intention of holding a standard job ever again, what really are my options, setting aside legal niceties. I could become a vendor; but given my underdeveloped people skills, that sounds as appealing as selling washing machines. I could seek out a consigliere position in the local drug market. But then, all the headaches: paying off the local precincts, getting into arguments over the amount of useless bloodshed involved, constant hobnobbing with everyone from street dealers to state politicians embroiled in the MMJ debate.
At least California has a sort of ease-of-access I have known elsewhere only in A'dam. Possession of half a pound legally, and plenty of applicable maladies to choose from under their getting-close-to-sensible MMJ regime. For ease of access with minimal hassle, it sounds like a tempting place to jump start.
