That can't be real, looks like some sort of skin tight suit that hasn't been put on too well.

I can barely look at that photo without getting a feeling in my stomach that basically alerts my brain to stop looking at that photo.

Imagine going to her place after a night on the town and then she strips off to reveal that........................

You'd be half expecting a John Hurt in Alien type episode to unfold before your eyes.
