first trip to amsterdam

okay well first off hi guys 
ill be going on my first amsterdam trip with a homie soon by bus (from germany) it will be 3 days (friday afternoon to sunday evening
the plan was to arrive in our hotel (NH schiphol at the airport) then checkout amsterdam 2-3 hours and buy some bud and go back to the hotel and,checkout the hotel stuff (fitness room restaurant swimming pool....) and get the rest we need to get up early on saturday morning then smoking some uplifting sativa buds over the day hehe
well thats bassically the plan whats comming then cnt be really planned since we havent been there before
got a few questions for you guys i hope u can help me out
1. where does the train start from NH schiphol?
2.maybe a small route for the first evening?
3.some not so crowded CS's with a chilled atmosphere
4.good stuff for first timers on our 2nd day?
5. tipps and hints?
