Instead of sending her to jail and wasting taxpayers money, they need to send her stupid ass to a brothel and let her work off her debt to society. That's justice. Well, not really.

Did a little extra curricular reading. If she continues to rack up felonies, her dumb ass could get sent to prison for life, three strikes and all that. Why is it that I think even if she were to have three strikes, she will get out of doing serious time? Wealthy, white (female), celebrity. Did I forget anything?

Weed really isn't the issue, 'holding' is. Let me count the ways she continues to prove that she's a dumb cow.
1. She is a famous celebutant followed by Paparazzi everywhere. There are bound to be altercations involving the authorities, so why 'HOLD' anything?
2. Recently finished a 36 month probation for a reckless driving conviction in 2007 (celeb speak for DUI). She also had two separate arrests involving driving w/o a license after her DUI arrest, not to mention blowing off a court ordered alcohol ed. program. She served a total of 23 out of a 45 day sentence.
3. Detained in South Africa during the 2010 World Cup game between, get this, Brazil v The Netherlands

- cannabis.
3. Detained in Corsica in July 2010 - cannabis.
4. Arrested in Las Vegas on 28 Aug 10 - cocaine.

A few hardy fuck you's to the legal system, eh?

Anyone see a pattern? She is a three-strike felon waiting to happen.

she'll never get life in prison. maybe a few years but she'll get out of this and anything else thrown at her aside from maybe murder/manslaughter.

5 bucks and a gram of jhash says she will claim the coke was her bf's or something..sell him out to get herself out of trouble. her 15 mins of fame was over 2 years ago. she needs to just go back into obscurity.

I dunno about this one, cantona. He owns 3 nightclubs in Vegas with his brother, doubt he's gonna want to take the wrap for her and he doesn't need her parents money, so... I'll be curious to see how this plays out. No little groupie to claim it's theirs as she did in her other escapades, not to mention the fact it was found in her purse. My question is this: If a cop is pulling you over and you know you have cocaine on you, why not get rid of the evidence as quickly and quietly as possible? They said it was a small amount, hell she could have snorted that in seconds. I don't do cocaine and never will, but I smoke and know I'd eat the weed before the cops found it. Knew a girl years ago who had a little bit of cocaine on her when she went to get more. The cops were raiding the house and she was held by the car. As soon as she could, she dropped it and casually kicked it under the car. Dodged a bullet that day, but eventually ended up getting busted because of the addiction and ruined her life, though.

A couple of months ago I was driving in the convertible with my girlfriend and we were smoking a j. I never speed whilst smoking and have never even had a speeding ticket in my life, however, it had dropped down to 45 and I was doing 51. Passed a cop on the side of the road, looked down at my speedometer, glanced in the rear view mirror and the cop was coming. Ate that joint so fast, looked like Oprah Winfrey on a piece of chocolate cake. Funny thing was he didn't stop me as I was down to 45 and not budging at that point, so he didn't bother. Guess he checked my plates and saw I had no tickets or accidents in over 12 years and no warrants ever. Either way... I was prepared. Why is wisdom lacking so in our society?

bottom line is she'll blame it on SOMEONE..shes not exactly the type to taker responsibility for her actions. spoiled brat she is.

yea its funny. almost 10 years old so you could prob grab the dvd on ebay for like $5. def worth a watch just a movie for laughs. not sure how it did at the box office. they really got the fact that cops like to mess with people, its not as crazy as that in real life, but they do mess with people. had them mess with me before.

what im wondering is how this chick(paris) keeps getting boy friends. shes a walking petri dish. she slept with ronaldo..that dude brings prostitutes home 2-3 at a time. more people have prob been through her than the holland tunnel.

Oh they'll mess with you big time. Not only can they lie, they will lie to a person to get them to confess. I used to work for an attorney and most people don't know their rights. I'm wondering if her lawyer could use the "illegal search and seizure" argument, but don't know enough of the facts. I do know this regarding laws in the U.S.:

We absolutely have the RIGHT not to be searched; it's part of the 4th Amendment that while taking their oath, police swear to uphold. Bullshit.

They have the RIGHT to lie to everyone and trick them. Never, ever say a word. Always exercise your right to stay silent and ask for an attorney immediately. Most often, this is the reason attorneys have a problem getting the results one wanted. "By your own admission..." holds a lot of weight in court.

Stop them dead in their tracks by saying "I do not consent to searches" and follow it with "Am I being detained or am I free to go?" To detain you they must have reasonable suspicion, if they do not your attorney could have all charges dropped on that pretense even if they were to find drugs. Just make sure you don't touch them as even touching a cop can get you right behind bars.

Everyone please remember those 2 sentences if nothing else - a cop will more than likely back off if they think you know the law. Don't say "Hey I know the law and I know my rights!" Be respectful but firm, and above all else, calm. "I do not consent to searches. Am I being detained or am I free to go?" At that point you will know if there's evidence against you whatsoever, then you exercise your 5th Amendment right. "I am going to remain silent, I would like to see an attorney now." Don't say anything else - repeat it over and over if necessary.
