Alternative Coffeeshop Quest

Post by tuttiflutes »

So, I have been living in Amsterdam 7 weeks and I have come to the conclusion that there are many VERY NICE coffeeshops that get absolutely no recognition and I would like to begin by saying that I am on the quest for the "Alternative Coffeeshop Crawl"

Starting with Bageera, located in Niewmarkt and on the same street as many, but in general a very nice vibe... Have not purchased gear but overall a nice "Alternative" especially when Basjoe (Nextdoor) is closed...

YoYo is a good one. Such a different vibe to other coffeeshops.

That Massawa (oud west) was pretty good that we went in the other day too. Cheap prices and nice surroundings.. Plus a TOP cappuccino. I got 5g Amnesia haze for €37.50 :)

This shop is top on my list for my April 2011 visit. I've heard they have $5 bags and a good selection of outdoor weed. Google viewed it and it looks like a nice neighborhood. I keep reading that the Dutch apple pie is to die for, too.

I saw him at Carmona(Minoes),i was actually little worried about him as it was way to much of a smoke, maybe it,s not so good for the cats :?:

Now that is the kind of quest I like. Not far enough advanced to try it yet but I'm moving closer to that point.
How much did you produce?

Tutti if I were you I would take a train to the far reaches of somewhere and work my way back. Cheaper and best stuff is always in the far back of everywhere.

You live right there so go explore and tell us about it. XXX.

Creamers

Post by tuttiflutes »

Was in Den Haag yesterday to see the Escher Museum went to "Creamers"

A bit trendy and a bar/coffeeshop separated in a strange way to comply with the new guidelines..

I bought a cool titanium grinder as the weed was a bit expensive as is in centrum of Amsterdam..

Have to go back as there are some 200 shops. Are there any recommendations for next time.?
