That' is interesting, found it funny when they refer to skunk being made from the flowers and stalks of a mature mother plant !! Just goes to show how silly some people are, they assume that because it's a "illegal drug" it has to be made up, when it's just like any other plant.

Across the capital, when street gangs come into possession of large quantities of herbal cannabis, local police know the most likely source of the drugs is a raid on a farm. Herbal cannabis, as distinct from the resin form of the drug, is made of the flowers and stalks of mature female plants.
8) Speed reading, or stoned ? :)

I stand by my view that it is a fairly accurate article, neither pro nor con in my opinion, and in my (limited) knowledge, but it is in a widely read London paper and it's important for people to have an idea of the total failure of prohibition, and the social dangers with its continuation.
What a long strange trip it is.

i read this article last week spider, they were banging on about a north london gang who robbed some vietnamese, who in turn got tortured 2death by their boss who didnt believe them, i couldnt help but think no way they must have been in on it, how did the paper find out about the gang pulling off the heist, did 1of them phone up the paper
agree about the balance of the story, in usual evening standard style it was a balanced piece,
+i like james fentons column every week from the US

Pauli I reckon if you're a half decent investigative reporter who puts themselves about proper it's not too hard to get hold of the goods :). And these guys that get lifted ain't the sharpest tools, I've known one or two  .
And I dont think these aren't traditional Kray/Richardson firms mate. These mutts just have to tell somebody, look at the joker that hauled some serious rocks and then sends pictures of himself wearing 'em round his pals  , really mate it puts an honest villain to shame. 8) .
