Just a couple of pics and whatnot from my first trip to Amsterdam with the missus. Sorry about the crap quality but was all done on my phone and sorry there isn't many but I just kept forgetting to take any


The Hill Street Blues

Hill Street Blues - Loved the decor, music and milkshakes but the weed was very expensive.

1g Silver Star Haze (Good but not great)
2g Amnesia Haze (First joint I had after arriving and blew my head off )


Amnesia Haze, Silver Star Haze and Super Polm


Speak Easy - Didn't smoke in there but did a nice selection of reasonably priced weed.

2g Lemon Haze (Really tasty)
2g Bubblegum (Another really delicious tasting weed with a nice mellow high)
1g Jack Herer (Nice but not that strong)


Some people in Canoes with blue lights. Not related but a cool pic


Hunters - Didn't smoke in there, thought the budtender was a bit of a cock.

1g Blue Cheese - (Very strong, very stoned)



My tulip.

Bagheera - Nice enough place but didn't really grab me, only went in here because Basjoes was closed.

1g Super Polm (Average smoke but I'm not a massive fan of hash really.

Rokerij - Nice little place, no tobacco smoking area but was nice sat on the bench out front in the sun.

2g Big Buddah Cheese (Really, really nice smoke, tasted fantastic, great buzz and I'd have to say my favourite of the trip i think)



Lemon Haze blunt with other assorted weeds

Mellow Yellow - Didn't stop for a smoke as we were on our way to the park but looked nice, budtender was friendly and helpful.

1g S5 Haze (Tasted good and got me high but not the best haze I tried)

Dampkring - Didn't stop here just got some bud from a friendly bud tender. I liked the way they had all the buds in a glass case in the counter to look at as well.

1g G13 Amnesia (Think this was my second favourite smoke of the trip. Beautiful looking buds smelled and tasted delicious)




And that was about it. Other stuff we did was the Amsterdam Dungeons which was very noisy and confusing in the state we were in but quite a giggle anyways. Also went to Vondelpark with a box of truffles and tripped balls there for the afternoon. Started to freak out a little bit towards the end and had to be steered back to the hotel room via a very blaggy tram ride. Didn't expect the truffles to be that good but they gave me some really nice visuals and were just the ticket for a sunny day in the park.

P.S I think these images might be too big, whats the best way to shrink them to fit?

Nice honest reporting too - you did well doing the dungeon when stoned

Awesome pics, I'm staying on Warmoestraat (sp?) and think Hill Street Blues is a shit hot place to chill and smoke. Only ever purchased the Hill Street Special there but you rate the Amnesia isit?

I did the Dunegen obsolutly smashed! in August 2009 Was freaky! ha ha ha. I got picked out as well! I got put In the Chair, where they strap you in (in the Attic) and the woman go's crazy with the axe and the metal jaws. Being stoned out of your face and being put in the hot seat!!!!!!! in front of the group was an experience, I will neva forgot! as long as i live.

Good times thou The mad sailor, Cook, Artist and the court house scene's where all excellent. Ride at end too! Just neva expected when I went thou the entrance! Dunegen Is a Defo when visiting Amsterdam! They do a great job

Yeh the Amnesia Haze was a real nice first smoke! Very rare to find pure sativa where I am so found it mad how much I buzzed off it. I think looking back I'd go for the G13 Amnesia from Dampkring over the Amnesia Haze but it is a tricky choice. And will deffo check out Amnesia coffeshop next time. Just had trouble prizing myself away from the Blues' banging tunes and milkshakes that were so good I wanted to get a room with them :-p
