It should have been dealt with by Magistrates, but he, like I once, encountered a District Judge doing the rounds. I shant go into great details but I read things like he's addicted to cannabis and it was the reason he was slumped over his steering wheel even though he admitted to taking 2 anti-depressants that have drowsiness as a side effect but you obviously cant blame them as they're legal.

I mean, I aint no fan of Mr Micheal, but you can't help but feel that his open use of Pot, and constant pro-cannabis opinion, has ment that he has been made an example of.
I know, personally, people who have been caught D.U.I.......None of them have ever seen the inside of a prison.
