The few times I have been to Rotterdam, Coffeeshop Nemo and Bob Marley have both served me well.

A little bit late,...
There's a new one just opened last month.It's near the Central station. Coffeeshop The Four Floors (formely De Poel) It's looks nice and relax.Upstairs you can chill out and smoke.
