Leaving Sunday so I thought Id post this while it was still fresh:

Green Place
Super Lemon Haze 12e - weak smell, spongy, I should've passed but temptation got the best of me. Even the bud tender tried to steer me towards the chocoloupe. It was harsh and only had a slightly fruity taste at the end of the hit. My wife didnt want to keep smoking it.

Chocoloupe 13e/g
It smelled stronger and smoked much better and I picked it up based on the bud tenders recommendation. It started with a chocolatey taste then endeed with haze.

Grey Area
Casey Jones 13e/g?
Strong smell and good high to listen to music with. They were playing
"Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots" and some other stuff with guitar solos.
Nice clear head high. Very smooth smoke. Most pleasant high.

Big Buddha Cheese 11.5e/g?
Slightly fruity smell, not very strong. Kind of a harsh smoke. Never smoked cheese but not impressed with this

Dolphins
White Dolphin 10e/g
Fruity smelling, organic weed. Its a decently strong sativa and you get a pretty good fruity taste of the weed with every hit.

Sheeba
Mango Haze 13e/g
Strong sweet fruity smell. You get the mango taste at the end of the hit. Its a sparse looking weed, kind of stringy. Its been the smoothest thing we smoked. Its a nice immediate head high but its not super strong.
Best smoke overall.

Red Lebanon Hash 10 e/g
This is really the first hash Ive purchased in the dam. Although its hard to get hash in the US Ive had it on a few occasions. The best Ive had was oily and melted in peoples hands.
This Red Lebanon is hard and sticky. It looked cleaner than the caramello he head so I picked it up. Ive smoked it mixed in a joint of that crappy super lemon haze so I cant give an honest assessment yet. Ill add to this when I smoke again.

Ill also add pictures later. Still looking for good smoke for tomorrow. Cheese and good Sativas preferred.

Also got to meet Gapie rolling away at Grey Area. Struck up a conversation with him and some guy who had lived in NYC. Both good guys. Gapie didnt seem too impressed with the chocoloupe but then again he might have gotten some of the leftover super lemon haze that was in the grinder at that end of the joint.

Mellow Yellow
S5 Haze 1gram
I asked the budtender for their best sativa and he pulled this out.
Super fruity and a pretty strong head high. It smoked well in a mixed (with everybody at 420's stash) and pure joint.

Katsu
Black Widow 1gram
Stanky bud, I wish I had bought more. Smoked again in a bong and in mixed j's at Blueberrys b-day toke and talk. Nice smoke, strong and thats about all I remember about it.

NLxSilver Pearl .5gram
Nice smelling bud. I smoked this at the toke and talk and mixed with S5 before the flight home. Had me pretty baked for about 4 hours.

I think thats all I bought. Not as heroic as some but 3x as much smoked in half the time of my last trip. [/b]

though as of late, i've been a bit more down on grey area gear (save those grey crystals!), casey jones has routinely gotten some solid feedback. you recommend i give it a try?

Very nice. One thing, I wish you would focus on the cannabis a little more. I kid, I kid.

In regards to the fact that you aren't trying to smoke all of the weed, that's not a bad thing.

It means there is something left for the rest of us. When I went in April I was worried that Amsterdam was going to be as dry as a desert after reading some of the reports here.

Definitely try the Casey Jones and listen to the music. The electric guitars sounded extra distorted and real.

Back in New York already my man. I got home and smoked some Sour D and it was strong as hell but not the same kind of smoke as the dam. Im starting to realize that the weed Ive been getting here smells good and is super strong but isnt much for smoking (not cured well, not flushed) Bong hits are probably better than joints to get a cleaner hit with, but its hard getting quality not just potency.
