Age limit to buy soft drugs in cs

Hi guys!
A dutch guy told me the age limit to buy soft drugs it's 16 in the Netherlands, not 18 as I believed.
Was he drunk or it is right?

He was drunk and wrong it is 18, I think alcohol is 16 which is upside down

18 for soft drugs & liquor and 16 for beer/wine & tobacco.

18 100%, and if you are 30 or younger, you will need your passport to prove it in many places

It's 18.
Most shops will ask for an ID now.They will be shut down for months if they are selling it to an underage person.
