prop 19 will "overwrite" it in my opinion. I like him more and more, who would have thought he is the one that brings the stoners a real chance for decriminalizing the herb!

But he's against Prop 19 which is why this new bill confuses the hell out of me unless he keeps it so anyone walking the street thats stopped with weed will still get fined.

Yes on 19: Control & Tax Cannabis 2010 An incredible new poll from the Public Policy Institute of California has Prop 19 up 52 - 41, with only 7 percent of voters undecided. California voters would rather elect cannabis than Jerry Brown or Meg Whitman.
He said it came from Prop 19's facebook page.

From today's Vote Yes on 19 Facebook page.....

Yes on 19: Control & Tax Cannabis 2010 Brand New SurveyUSA poll out has Prop 19 winning 48-41. Since July, polls have consistently shown the opposition to be stagnant, hovering around the high 30s or low 40s...

Let's all hope Californians do the right thing.....

According to someone on Facebook they're saying if it become legal it'll cost $15,000 a year (in taxes I presume?) to grow and you'll be restricted to a 5x5 grow space, plus you'll only be allowed to have 28 grams, does anyone know if thats right or not?

I've also been reading most people are saying the people against Prop 19 are the people growing now because their medicinal crops will be worth a lot less.
