has anyone stayed in this appartment. was it nice and clean. says on website tobbace smoking only- is this really enforced and how?

any help appreciated. really looking for something, fairly nice, clean , central and some where i can smoke the odd joint. A lot of the appartments i have seen look a bit dirty/studenty or are a bit too dear. im travelling with my brother so need somwhere with sepearate beds. all the 2 person appartments seem to be small studios with a double bed. no use- it would be unfair for me to make him sleep on floor for 3 nights!
