Although I hate all the major supermarkets (I'm a bit of a foodie and they've ruined british food) I have a real hatred towards Tesco for whatever reason near enough everyone I know loves them.

Same here, but i thought Brittish food was always horrible wasnt it ?
Hehe jk, always a fan of the great vegetarian selections in Brittian and your labeling of GMO is way beyond most of the rest of the world.
I hate all big chain stores of all kind.
Here on the Island the 100 KM diet is very popular; buy LOCAL.

I bet you don't hate them more than a friend of mine... they built a store at the back of his house and he ended up firing golf balls at their windows... eventually got banged up because of his vendetta

These 3 people/peoples are part of the Cannabis culture. Why all the hate, if I may ask?
My top hates are greedy politicians, oppressive governments, & social networking sites, like Facebook, etc. Pot Peace.

Facebook, Myspace, I'd say Twitter too but I get some pretty nice stock alerts there so I've learned to love it.

Zoo's and or caged animals!
I was in a place called Monkey World today in the UK, a zoo full of all sorts of primates. Extremely surreal being up and close to these monkeys and strange apes but felt they should be wild and not forced into a tiny cage behind glass for tourists to ooh and ahh over.

Same Trance, thats why in 3 trips ive never been to the zoo in Amsterdam.
I heard it may be one of the most depressing places in Holland, woefully tiny enclosures are pathetic in todays day and age.
There are zoos that do good work like San Diego and Toronto and the one in Beiging that has almost single handedly brought the Pandas back from the brink of extinction.
Sadly they are the exception, and even those 3 probobly have many areas not "really" up to snuff.

If it wasn't for Zoo's some animals would now be extinct, I understand where you're coming from but not all are bad.

I completely appreciate and fully accept some zoo's are necessary and vital.
It's just that looking at Lemurs, chimpanzees and monkeys today in a proper full on professional zoo, they are so human like and all disconcerting, more so.
EDIT
sorry for the rant
