No need to worry, Cisco. Personally, I have been to Eindhoven early in the morning many times.
In general all shops open between 10-12.
I know for sure that The Grasshopper opens at 10:00 AM. New Wave at 11:00 AM. The Indian opens at 09:00 AM from Monday to Saturday.
The Wall changed their opening times recently - before that they opened at 08:00 AM, now from 10:00 AM I think.
I guess The Pink opens at 10:00, too.

Have fun in Eindhoven(and perhaps Tilburg  ) and Amsterdam! Good luck for your Scale Model Challenge!

Sorry Cisco, don't know much about the area/suburbs of Eindhoven respectively the Scale Model Challenge.

According to your travel plans you should be baked now  .

You could do me a favour if you're going to Tilburg(20minutes by train from Eindhoven). I highly recommend to visit Toermalijn and De Muze.
Is the menu of the Toermalijn still that limited as I mentioned in my post here: https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8855 ?

Would be handy to know since I'm probably visiting Tilburg in a few weeks. Hope you read this before your trip there. Thank you in advance though  .
