I've just discovered magic truffles. I think i'm going to be taking them frequently. On the packaging of the ones I brought it reccommends to not exceed one dose per month. Aside from the tolerance aspect, does anyone have advice on what is a safe frequency to take these at most?

I don't think there really are any guidelines for how often you should take them with regards to personal health. They're not addictive and, as far as I know, not too bad for you either. The main danger is when people with poor mental health take them. Taking them when stressed or depressed is also very bad. Beyond that, I don't think there's too much to worry about, although I'm not sure if any really in depth studies have been done about it.

I believe it says it in the phamplet that you can get from smartshops which explain Truffels, and I recall it said 3 days but, not exactly sure. It did mention that your tolerance builds up quickly.
