In the directory there is the only one of "the game" coffeeshop. do you know somwething about this or the others?

There are 5 Coffee Shops in Delft, the Game is the only shop I could find hours for. 10:00 opening is probably the norm, some my close early. All except de Vlow 48 are "buy and Fly" shops:

The Game, 10:00 to 12:00, (1:00 Fri & Sat)

The Future, Sister shop to the Game, (same menu) probably the same hours!

t.Keldertje, the best Gear, according to locals.

de Vlouw 48, the only sit down shop, it has a Pool Table & games apparently.

You can find this info, and Maps, by scrolling down from the Den Hague directory.

You can also sit down in the Game, although it isn't very big. Good weed though. The Future has the same hours as the Game. I don't know the opening times of the other places but I think they're all similar to the Game and the Future opening hours.
