I get into the Longleat grounds for free as part of my work occasionaly takes me there. The house is hugely impressive although Lord Bath is an absolute raving eccentric and only lives in a small wing of the mansion nowadays, the actual park and grounds is brilliant. Don't do what I did and get lost in the human hedge maze, it's a very big one....lol

Last time I visited I camped in a pub garden for 3 nights and brought a 'passport ticket', which was fab value... It was less than £20 and I was able to use it to re-visit the safari park as often as I wanted until i had seen everything they had to offer!Pauli Wallnuts wrote:wow thats far from london, but just had a look at their site & it looks really good, ive bookmarked it & will definatly go out their next season, thanks happydazehappydaze777 wrote:Longleat Safari in the uk is the way to go
PS, I also got VERY lost in the huge hedge maze and spent a good 2/3 hours (smoking pure spliffs) trying to get out...
