I dont know if the title of this post was meant to be sarcastic, but that video was just wrong!
I understand that the same thing (if not alot worse) happens to british soldiers who are captured by enemy forces, but we are meant to set an example, as we have one of the best army's in the world!
I have quite a few friends who are in the army/navy/raf aswell as family, and I could never imagine any of them acting like that towards a prisoner.
Why would they film it? Its just all wrong!

Um, I hadn't watched the video - it's quite a bit tamer than I was expecting.
Whist one of the main aspects of being employed by the military is following orders, I doubt that the less sadistic servicemen/women would find themselves ordered to carry out 'work' like this.
Which unfortunately means that only those who take gratification from bullying wind up in these positions..

I agree with you there, but does that mean the the 'top dogs' of the british army are all sadistic bastards too? because this couldnt happen under their nose, someone high up must have given them the rights to do that!

Secret Prisons .
No first world country should still be taking part in this kind of shady treatment of combatants.
We expect this type of stuff from the States but its really quite sad when you see other countries taking part as well.
