Amsterdam in March 2011

Post by The-Future »

I'm a 20 year old aussie thats heading off to Amsterdam in March with a few mates, we will be in town for a couple weeks. Would love to meet up with some other tourists or locals when we get there.

I'm looking to either rent a place or stay in a hotel for 14 nights but we don't wanna spend over 100 euros a night. Can anyone give me some recommendations?

Welcome to the forum.

What dates will you be in Amsterdam?
I'll post you on the Whos In Town page.

You can do a little practice shopping on the Coffeeshop Menus page.
Any with arrows are less than six months old.

You have been posted on the March Whos In Town page.

You can see who else may be in town during your stay.

Watch for Toke & Talks, I post them up to the last minute.
Or post one of your own. All I need is a date, time, and coffeeshop to post it.

By default I link your posting to your profile page here on ACD.

I can change it to a web link ( myspace, facebook, personal page )
or an email address if you want.

I personally would split the cost with everyone and do an apartment or houseboat.

Is that 100 euros per night per person, or 100 euros per room? If per room, how many do you need it to sleep?

Good luck, hope you have a great time :) We're there 2 weeks before you so if you need the lowdown on anything, let me know

$100 per room, houseboats seem like the way to go if I can find one within our budget.

Cheers Glas, will definitely keep in contact.

How many rooms do you need?

Looks like our dates are overlapping a bit. Let me know if you want to setup a T&T.

Peace,
