What about the ak47, jack herrer etc....?

Post by smokseyj »

I hear a lot about where to buy all the new hazes and kush's but i was wondering if anybody has recently smoked some of the strains which are always on the menu but rarely mentioned.

By this i mean, AK47, Orange Bud, Jack Herrer, Kali Mist, K2....

I only ask because they are always the cheaper options, although the few times that i've asked to have a look at these they have been poorly grown, and not the best of smells...

I have heard good things about dampkrings kali mist, but never smoked it myself..

I tried the Orange Bud from HGF last month. It was nice and tasty, although not overly strong, knockout stuff. I found it very nice for a daytime smoke.

i've looked through the menu's and i know that almost every shop stocks these strains, its just that i was wondering if people have smoked them lately and if they could recommend somewhere, because i read a lot of recommendations for other strains but just not these ones.

Bump.

I appreciate the thread you've started, smokseyj. There's probably a reason why we find WW, AK-47, Herer and Orange Bud at so many local shops, why these varieties have stuck around so long. And I've never (knowingly) tried any of these strains. Goes to show how much I've been sucked into the trends.

This last June there was some very nice AK47 and W.W at Extreme Coffeeshop, I would bet they still have those two strains . 420 Coffeeshop had some nice Blueberry at that. I think that I read that the Dampkring had some nice Kalimist recently!

Whilst they r good strain names and were v good when they were released i fear they lack the punch of some newer strains available and certainly lack the taste. But they r quick finishing good yeilding plants so... Now white rhino thats what the dam is missing

Great strains. I love AK-47 and Jack Herrer. Too many people go for the hype, so these strains are usually cheaper.
