Lets start with the Hermitage Museum. First off, the building is incredible, as is the history behind it.

Secondly, it provides an opportunity to view pieces from one of the world's greatest museums (the Hermitage in Russia). The modern art exhibit was out of this world and now they have an exhibit on Peter the Great.

FOAM is amazing, some of the video installs they have I love. Constantly changing.

i can vouch for the hermitage. went when i was 8 or 9 and i still remember it. awesome museum.

The Stedejlik modern art gallery ? some amazing stuff in there , theres some great stuff by a Dutch artist (cant remember his name but i know he lost his legs in a car bombing in Amsterdam?) As s/one mentioned FOAM iv not seen that yet myself , if your into history there is the Resistance musueum , jeez even the Von Gogh gallery has better paintings than the NWM !!!

Just because you have studied what you have what difference does that make ? so that makes you a better judge of whats good/bad in theory yeah but its all personal , does not matter if you have studied or not some people jus have that eye/interest when it comes to art !!

I studied travel and tourism and i wouldnt say im an expert on all things to do with T&T !! far from it
