I am an American from the Northeast US. I am a guy in my thirties. I have been to Amsterdam once a long time ago, it has been about 12 years since that first trip. I was a young kid at the time and was rolling solo out of the country for the first time. It was blast, but I did not explore as much as I should have. I think the farthest I got from Central Station on that trip was the Heineken Experience. I stayed at the Bulldog Hostel. Went to a bunch off Coffeeshops, but the only ones I remember for sure are the Bulldog (it was right nextdoor to the hostel )
, Abraxas, Grey Area, and the Bluebird. I remember Euros were kind of new and everybody thought prices had gone up after the switch over. Grey Area was kind of new, but they had just won the Cannabis Cup I believe and they were getting lots of good press.I am finally coming back again. I am heading over on December 4th and staying until December 12th. I will be at the NH Barbizon Palace this time. I can not wait to kick back and toke some nice buds.
