I was there when I was 17 years old in 2008 and guess what I probably looked like I was even 15 years old.
Would you still have the same attitude now about when you went at 17 had you heard any coffeeshop you went in either turned you away or any that let you in had got fines or closed?.

Not that I'm saying any did get fined or closed just wandering how you would feel now had that been the case. As I find it a selfish attitude to have that your basically saying so what I did it with false id and suggesting other underage members do to.

It would have been good had your thoughts changed and you'd now suggest anyone underage wait that little longer due to the risk for everyone in the long term.

I'm not singleing you out here I have the same attitude to everyone that does the same as you.

I'm not supporting the idea of putting Coffeeshops in potential harm, im just being honest. I went to Amsterdam when I was 17 and all I fucking thought about was smoking the highest grade shit in the Dam! One way or another I was going to attempt to score some bud, so what did I do? I went with an alternative that would be the most minimally risky for the CS's. I have also read that if you do use a fake or someone else's i.d and the police come for a checkup in the CS, you are punished not the C.S. (or so someone said a year back or so.) because the I.D is still valid, your are just impersonating someone else, thus making it your responsibility to take the brunt not the CS's. The final thing I will add is that when I was there when I was 17 I did stay at one shop frequently and smoke all day and the budtender became an acquaintance and friend of mine to this day, at the time he asked to see my i.d looked at it and laughed and said there's no way in hell this is you, did he boot me? No! even though id consider this a rare instance!
