Don't know if USBLabs "invented" hash oil (obviously not?), but from what I hear, he perfected the fuck out of it.

Just received confirmation that a sample of 'Spoon' has been 'acquired' and is being laboratory tested as we speak. It is only a matter of time before we identify their secret(s).
Our sanctuary has been inundated with applications for human test subjects, so much so that there has been an emergency meeting of the Jedi Bud Council (JBC). Although the initial program called for three human test subjects, it has been decided by the JBC to accept all applications. Further details to follow.
