Leslie Nielsen, who starred in the Airplane! and Naked Gun film comedies, has died aged 84.

I went with a huge gang of my grade school friends to see Airplane in the theater instead of a birthday party.
We were pretty young for some of that humor, but hey it was the 70s.
He did alot of great dramatic rolls in his earlier days as well, and you can often spot him in 50s and 60s westerns and crime films.
The last good roll i saw him in was Men With Brooms, he plays a curling guru who gets his inspiration from the magic mushrooms he grows.

RIP. Don't call me Shirley is a big joke between my daughter and myself. Some video game would say Surly, and I would say 'don't call me Shirley'. She would get a big kick out of it when she was 4. Now she's 12.
