You might be interested in my reviews of two of those strains you mentioned:
Greenhouse Rif Cream Review – Greenhouse Coffeeshop, Amsterdam
Kuchi Review – Coffeeshop Grey Area, Amsterdam
There is another place on Harlemmerstraat (same street as Barneys and Greenhouse) you can eat breakfast and they let you toke if you're interested. More space and less hustle and bustle.
https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/Grotte.html
It's a few doors away from Dampkring, no license but smoking encouraged.

When I was at Greenplace in August and asked if I could buy a half gram, the tender gave me a dirty look and shook his head no. This was after I had already selected a gram of something else.
Of course, YMMV so it doesn't hurt to ask...

No problem. Personally I don't like eating at Barney's, had the breakfast twice there over the years. I think its overpriced, not even a "great" fry-up (which I'd expect for the price) and one time I was there the service was absolute crap. I don't blame Barneys for one rogue employee but the price of the food I think is still too much. You're paying to smoke with your breakfast - there are better fry ups closer to your hotel even.
I've never tried LaGrotte for breakfast but I definitely would. Heard good things about it.

Seriously overpriced food considering that the ingredients are not exotic in the Netherlands. The weed is also overpriced but was in the past high quality so made up for the price. On these boards there have been a lot of reviews suggesting the weed is a littke hit or miss nowadays. Best to have a look though looks can be deceiving.
The drinks and seating are excellent so maybe its an idea to buy from somewhere more consistent and smoke up your buys in there.

maybe you will, lol.
I've been meaning to for a while but quite busy at the mo.
To be frank, I prefer to meet in ones and twos, I'm not into the big meet and greet style things.
