Jacks is Cockney slang for Jackson Five (five pounds).

The Cockney slang existed a long long time before the Jackson Five.
Jacks Alive is the Cockney slang for 5

As a Londoner Jacks means a fivers worth, haven't heard it used as a name for a strain yet.

Having said that I don't shop around alot... I stick with the old hippies and their big jars of Amnesia Haze, Blue Cheese and more hashes than you could shake a stick at...

The hippies seem to know everything about the strains they are selling...

Yeah i here your argument man, things have changed big time in just a few years. Use to get 1.3g For £10, but now, still the rich grow richer & the poor grow poorer.

The dutch that comes in around my way is Amsterdam dutch, & worth every Red Penny/Cent.

yeah same here. Anyone tells me they have Dutch weed, and they didnt bring it back from the dam themselves, then i assume its sprayed and stay away.

hmm dutch as a term for bad weed? People are still trying to see contaminated weed?

At college asain lads would sell ONLY in jacks and it was about a joints worth...

£20 gets you about 1.8-2.2 here and the quality varies from dam quality silver haze to homegrown cabbage that smells like wet grass...

lots of cheese/blue cheese also around here, which just reminds me of old school skunk, however it smells much better then it actually smokes/gets you stoned.

Anyone else?

25 euro get you 2 grams here
50 for 4g
130 half ounce
250 ounce
i cant believe people sell a joints worth whats the point
it is difficult enough round here to even get some to do you a 25 bag
they usually moan and roll there eyes
