im spending christmas in the dam with my son..........i smoke but dont drink...he drinks but dosnt smoke....can anyone recomend a smoke friendly pub....or coffeeshop with a licence.....cheers!!

No coffeeshops with licence to sell booze and weed but a few either/or.

I love Kashmir Lounge. You can buy booze there and its smoker friendly, it doesn't sell weed but has a shop across the street where you can buy it from and take it in the main place.

Also maybe Nes? But I've never been.

The Red Light Bar is a good one if you can get the window seats.
Hours of fun people watching. The smoking room is at the back.
Lost in Amsterdam as well I believe though have yet to try there.
The Winston on Warmoestraat is fab, probably the cheapest place I've found. The price of alcohol in the Dam is ridiculous. I'm glad I don't go there to drink.

Kadinsky, you can buy weed from the coffeeshop and take it next door into the pub, or you can take your own stuff and smoke it in the pub. A really friendly place. Just dont go to the coffeeshop when she is cleaning the extractor

i agree...had a good time here with my group of friends...can get very lively at night..and its opposite the hotel
