I wouldnt say the shops round the Rembrantplein are in my fav's, but 5 minutes walk north and you got Basjoe, 5 minutes walk south and you have Barneys lounge, Bushdoctor and Rockerij have had good weeds in the past, but i dont find the service in them 2 shops all that welcoming, Old Amsterdam is another good shop around the Rembrantplein.
Excuse me while I light my Spliff.....

When i first went to amsterdam in 2002 and 03 Bushdoctor was a personal favourite. There was caribbean guy working behind the counter that would recommend loads of types of weed to smoke. I tried there again in 2008 and wasn't too impressed with the place or weed.

As others mentioned Stix is only a short walk (literally 2mins) and has a nice view onto the street.

there was an ACD meetup in 'Arabica Lounge' a few weeks ago... nice friendly place. I think I remember good 5gm deals but it's all a bit hazy now. anyone else?
