Second the vote for Stix 2, I stumbled across it in April while exploring.

Another out of the way favorite is Het Ballonnetje. It always seems quiet in there, at least during the daytime.

Het Ballonetje is a good call for a quiet shop. So is its sister shop, Rusland. You also might try Club Media.
