10th unmatched foot washes up on a PNW shore

Since 2007 feet in there shoes have been washing ashore on local beaches.
All 10 feet so far have been unmatched, mostly men, mostly still in there shoes.
The media is at a loss and the police are not saying much.
Although they thought it possible that the feet were from some plane crash that theory was long ago put to rest.
My personal theory is an Asian gang collecting on drug debts.
