I'm not 100% sure they're quite ready, seems to be a few clear trikes still, can you take a picture that isn't so magnified?

I would chop it, but tbh i have to be able to absorb the plants energy so it can tell me it wants to be chopped.
Like today, i headed down to the site walked in and SOUR D said "Chop me MOFO" so i fucked it up with me snips then Sharksbreath kicked off so she got it aswell  Blue mystic got a warning and told i will be back whilst G-13s just gave me a dirty look and muttered something under there stinky breath. If they do that in 2 weeks time there gonna get messed up too.

This is what smoking BHO everyday for the last month does to you so let it be a warning!!

You're almost there mate. A lil more patience and you're there. What you wanna see is a noticable amber (almost honey brown) coloured trich heads covering approximately 30% of your total trichs in that shot.

So, why 30%? Short answer is - the rest (70% milky/clear trichs) will amber off when they are drying - making the crop ready for consum.... i mean combustion :D

Ok, I'd say you're covering around 20 - 25% atm... give am another day or two :) then take anoher pic.

EDIT : Kermit, I lol'd out hard :D Go easy on that oil boy :)

I saw these little hand held microscopes in Sainsburys for £4 yesterday so I picked one up (only to really use to check the trikes) but I thought I'd see if I could take a picture by resting my camera (in macro mode) on top of the scope:

Get some side lighting on that and it should do the job. 8)

bloody hell man! great shot through the scope  the trichs look amber on the bottom edge but that could be the lighting. you could put it on the window sill but were not doing well for sunshine at the mo so maybe a desk lamp next to it? still, awesomeness for £4!!! what was the magnification?

edit: i just added a light for you

It's 20x - 40x so thats on 40x - it does have a little led light (that was on) but the camera dulled the picture down due to the flash wanting too go off, I'll give it a try on the windowsill once it brightens up, it's a bit false as well as the trikes looking through the scope are mostly clear still (I know the plant still has a week or so to go plus that little leaf was cut off right at the bottom of the plant).
