Maastricht: ban on the sale of cannabis to foreigns ?!

I intend go to Maastricht this month.
someone can inform about the situation??? Is allowed tourist enter and buy cannabis int the coffeshops???

No problem buying from Kosbor CS in Masstricht for me (English) around 2 month ago.

Don't think they would turn down the business just yet.

They haven't implemented any ban on foreigners in Maastricht yet and I'm doubtful that they will, especially considering the Maastricht city council are apparently against the ban.

I went to Maastrich in May/2011.
It's ok there... i enterd in CS without problem.
"Easy going" at Hoenderstraat was very nice
