4th Trip To Adam March 27-April 9 (My Last Due To Weitpas?).

Hello again. I'll be making my fourth trip to Adam from March 27 to April 9 but it might be my last one. I've been hearing about the new weitpas and how foreigners will be banned from coffeeshops. I'm a foreigner. Can anyone tell me if the regulations will be in effect by the time I visit and if so how will I find smoke without being ripped off or busted and deported?
