Queen's Day visit - Live music info??

Hi,
I have booked a trip centred around Queen's Day Friday to Sunday - always looked fun so thought what the hell!
Love live music especially rock - what is the best way to find out what is on & where? I know there are live concerts etc around the city but I cannot seem to find much info, perhaps it is a bit early.
An ideal would be to chill, smoke then listen to some live stuff.
Would appreciate some advice from a Queens Day veteran!.
