TOURIST BAN

does anyone have an update on the dutch government's moronic plan to ban the tourists from the coffeeshopS. i want to go back in june for 2 days on the way to paris. i don't want to miss it. also , wondering ,if they do pass the ban can i still go to a weed friendly bar and smoke up. if yes then the dutch government will have managed to make smoking weed and drinking alcohol concurrently the norm for tourists. seems like they tried to separate the 2 when they made the rules regarding no alcohol in the coffeeshops. brilliant
