Just getting over the worst of the 'leaving Amsterdam' blues after arriving home yesterday after 5 brilliant days in the city.
Decided, what with all that is going on, that the wife and I would treat the trip as our last which meant sticking to our fave places to smoke and generally just chilling out from the work/life stress balance of back home....
That being said, a whole trip report would be very dull, but, I will outline some of the best and not-so best of what we managed to buy/smoke...
Paradox
La Confidential - €12/g - not very crystally, kind of dry and limp, smoked a little dirty and high was advertise as 'strong high' or some other bull - it was actully a poor heavy high this time and I was glad when the baggie was empty.
Super Silver Haze - €12/g - actually a nice example of the strain which I always preferred from Bluebird. Nice colour, loads of crystals, nice happy high.
Bluebird
Blue Cheese - Quality smoke. A little on the heavy side but otherwise very good. I wanted more of this but never got back there.
Barneys (Lounge)
Nevilles AS Sativa Haze- Supreme smoke. Best smoke of the trip. Think it was €15/g but worth it. Small buds, nice crystals, soaring high. Liked this strain.
Tangerine Dream - Reminded me of CA Orange Bud when it was nice. Expensive for what it is, a novelty strain, but it tastes amazing and the high is nice.
Solo
Chocolope - Their best strain and at €14 it better blood had be as well. Couldn't get enough of this smoke. Very happy high, making it easy to wonder around for some lunch afterwards. Quite strong...
Blueberry - Ok. I've had nicer versions. Cant remember THAT much about it, but only that it was ok, inoffensive weed.
Rokerij
Super Chocolope - Thought this was stronger but not as enjoyable as Solo's version, its also €5 cheaper than Solos. Bought 1.5g as well but ended blitzing it in 2 big joints on the last day
More to come when I find my list...

I certainly headed up to 137 after an hour in Paradox on the last day but ended up stopping along the way for a bite to eat and then forgot where we were heading when we came out after lunch, ended up walking back the way came and we were back at Paradox before we realised. Typical me though, following my stomach instead of my brain made me fuzzy headed...

Funny that. I've also been confused after an hour in Paradox.westerkerk wrote:I certainly headed up to 137 after an hour in Paradox on the last day but ended up stopping along the way for a bite to eat and then forgot where we were heading when we came out after lunch, ended up walking back the way came and we were back at Paradox before we realised.
