Do any of the CS's net access allow Skype to be used?

I cant recall as never needed to look into it on past trips. But do any of the cs's that have net access have a mic & headphons to use Skype?.

I dont think they have head sets! but iv used skype via my mini pc that got webcam built in mic wit the free WIFI some shop offers

none of the coffeeshops let you use your mobile in there....
