So I am Mildly worried about "falling out" or overdoing it in the dam.. I smoke about a 1/4 oz week no matter what it is schwag to primo northern lights etc.. .. morning, noon and night.. I have eaten quite a bit of weed butter as well. ( up to 10 grams worth of crazy afghan/deisel shit my boy had grown) So the question is this.. AM I going to be blown away by the weed there? I mean, Some of the shit i get is QUITE strong. andI have been smoking/eating for a good 20 + years. any thoughts? P.S. I am not into getting 5 grams of supreme super silver isolator hash to crush myself.. But wait, maybe that would be a bit of fun, then again I don't want to be like that laughing jackass on youtube. LOL

looking for input on anyone going over to the DAM may 6th to 10th interested in getting together for a T&T with mad amounts of great bud.. JIMI

It's not so much the strength of the weed, it is the varieties available.
Yes, you will cop a hell of a buzz but it sounds like you can handle it.
Just in case keep a sugar packet with you. If you start feeling dizzy
or light headed, eat the sugar. The problem is low body sugar.

i don't think any of the weed or hash will be too strong for you ... maybe some iceolator hashes may be strong and maybe you will find things like butter strong ... but you have enough experience to know when to stop anyway ... so you'll be fine imo

I am in the same boat as you tolerance wise, and I was still pleasantly surprised at the uptick in quality and stonedness to be had in Amsterdam.

Blown away, depends on the quality and quantity ingested. Sorry, oversimplified.
20+ years? You shouldn't have any problems, all things considered. You get the idea about moderation (5gm comment above), so no worries. I liken smoking to drinking - the more you ingest, the higher you get. How high do you want to be? Smoke the 5gms of SSSI in one sitting and find out. One word, WHITEY!
With gear that I haven't tried before, I will usually smoke a small bowl (0.5gms) to judge its flavor (as advertised?), burn (white ash), effects (clear/up high, couch lock etc...), and value (17.50e/gm, no way). Increase to obtain the desired effects.

ABSOLUTELY!!! Looking for a local to hang with, since most of my buddies have bailed on this trip already! Not sure where I am staying yet, probably voyagers or the rookies. I don't plan on doing much in my room except passing out at night ( so i don't care what the room is like) .. 4 days in the dam.. LOTS OF SHOPS TO SEE!!!!

Hi gapie, how the fuck are ya? Just recovering here after my last visit a few weeks ago. Will be in the Dam again from 9 until 13 March, so how about meeting up for another t&t on the 10th? Also will be there from 28 April until 8 May during Jimi's visit, so maybe we can organise another t&t on 7 May with Jimi and any other ACD'ers who want to come along.

You'll be fine. I used to smoke as much or more than you then I took about a 7 year break before I went to the Dam. I took 4 big hits of super silver haze from 420 and it blistered me. Got real high for a couple hours then it was business as usual the rest of the week.
