I haven't been near that website but I've got this little sound that sometimes plays when I am on the internet (sounds like a woman giggling).

Only plays for a couple of seconds and I don't have any virus or any sort of other programs on my PC that shouldn't be there.

Anyone else experienced this?

Sounds like a gator-esque vius. There used to be this wildfire adware program that would install itself throug internet explorer, it would say "gator" on your speakers every few minutes. It would look at all you internet history and stuff and send it to GATOR inc, who'd sell the info and show you "related popups" every couple minutes.
