I don't know what this thread is about but I say the word fish, so I'll talk about fish.
Fresh fish always taste good. Always. It just seems so much more rewarding to hook a salmon on your line, club it to death, gut it, grill it, and then eat it. I've never enjoyed storebought fish, but fresh fish are king. And they're free. D
