Het Filaal?

Post by iMelancholic »

I shall be staying on the Amstel Botel from March 27th to the 30th, and Het Filaal seems to be the closest coffeeshop to the botel, yet I can't find any reviews. What is the weed, hash and general atmosphere like in there? And are there any other close coffeeshops? I will go into Central to find the other shops but I'd like to find close ones so I don't have to walk very far when I'm intoxicated. :P

Oh really? :( That's kinda disappointing... I'm thinking about buying some weed from there then going to the Central coffeeshop (the one near the train station?), but I guess it's worth just going straight into Amsterdam Central.

You should be good to buy your weed but as i said i doubt they will let you in to roll and smoke. You might get lucky though, as your off to central give a thought for Voyagers a few doors away. Top shop, Top Budtender, and top bud. 8)

I'll have to check that out... although the idea of getting back to the botel after a joint or 6 seems quite daunting... :P

I went back in early 2009. As Kermit said being let into the smoking area can be a challenge. Nothing special about the shop other than their prices. There is a park not far from the shop that I had no problems toking in.

I'm almost certain that Reefer is closed.

You have been posted on the March Whos In Town page.

You can see who else may be in town during your stay.

Watch for Toke & Talks, I post them up to the last minute.
Or post one of your own. All I need is a date, time, and coffeeshop to post it.

By default I link your posting to your profile page here on ACD.

https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/membe ... le&u=56442

I can change it to a web link ( myspace, facebook, personal page )
or an email address if you want.

You can do a little practice shopping on the Coffeeshop Menus page.
Any with arrows are less than six months old.
